A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring landlords to obtain and provide tenants with the previous six years of rental history

This bill would require owners of multiple dwellings to obtain at least the previous six years rent history from the department of housing and community renewal for each dwelling unit, if available, and provide such information to the current tenant of each such dwelling unit.
