A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring information related to tree ownership be shared via 311

This bill would require the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications to coordinate with the Parks Department to identify the owner of a tree or trees that are the subject of a 311 request and provide information regarding whether such tree or trees pose an immediate health or safety risk and the contact information for the relevant city agency or office when such trees are owned by the city of New York.
