A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to excluding certain cooperatives from the housing portal

This bill would amend Local Law 64 for the year 2018 so that certain dwelling units in buildings owned by individuals in the cooperative form of ownership are exempt from the requirements of the housing portal.
