A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to enhancing civilian enforcement to mitigate construction dust emissions

This bill would require the Department of Environmental Protection to publish best practices for filing citizen complaints of violations for failure to mitigate construction dust. The Department would be required to publish information including forms and procedures for filing complaints. The information would also be required to be made available through the 311 website and mobile application.
