A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to holding franchisors liable for human rights violations committed by franchisees
This bill would amend the City’s human rights law to make it possible for franchisors and parent companies to be held liable for the unlawful discriminatory practices of their franchisees or subsidiary companies.
