A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to increased penalties for illegal manufacturing conversions
This bill would increase the minimum civil penalty for a violation of Section 28-210.2 of the Administrative Code, relating to illegal manufacturing conversions, to $5,000 for a major violation and $10,000 for an immediately hazardous violation.
