A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the department of housing preservation and development to provide a time frame when scheduling inspections and repairs

The proposed bill would streamline the housing complaint response process by requiring the Department of Housing Preservation and Development to provide tenants of residential dwellings with an estimated three hour time frame within which department personnel will arrive to conduct the scheduled inspection or repairs.
