Requiring the police department to report the state, territory or country in which a seized firearm was purchased.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the police department to report the state, territory or country in which a seized firearm was purchased

This bill would require the police department to report quarterly to the Council on the number of firearms seized, as well as the type of each such firearm and the state, territory or country where it was purchased.
