Providing free access to New York city transit authority services and ferry services to individuals 100 years of age or older.
A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to providing free access to New York city transit authority services and ferry services to individuals 100 years of age or older
This bill would require the Department for the Aging to provide individuals age 100 or older with a MetroCard or other means by which they may access New York City Transit Authority services free of charge. It would also require that access to ferry services subsidized by the City be provided to individuals age 100 or older free of charge.
