A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to including the most recent data available in the citywide M/WBE disparity study

This bill would require the Division of Economic and Financial Opportunity within the Department of Small Business Services and the Mayor’s Office of Contract Services to use the most recent data available when considering revisions to citywide M/WBE participation goals.
