Reducing the commercial motor vehicle tax for medallion taxicabs.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to reducing the commercial motor vehicle tax for medallion taxicabs

This bill would reduce the commercial motor vehicle tax imposed on medallion taxicabs from $1000 to $400 to be equal to the commercial motor vehicle tax imposed on all other for-hire vehicles.
