A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring reporting on assaults on fire and emergency medical service personnel

The bill would require the Fire Department, the Police Department and each local District Attorney to report information related to assaults against members of the Fire Department. Such reporting includes information on internal workplace violence reports, police investigations, and prosecution of such offenses.
