Provision of case management services for homeless individuals.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the provision of case management services for homeless individuals

This bill would require the Department of Homeless Services to provide case management services to everyone assessed by either DHS or by an organization that contracts with the City, who is reasonably believed to be living on the street.
