A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to mental health treatment for transgender, gender nonconforming, non-binary, and intersex individuals

This bill would require all department facilities housing transgender, gender non-conforming, non-binary, and intersex individuals to have access to comprehensive mental health treatment, and require relevant staff to have specialized training on working with these populations.
