Sale or use of certain expanded polystyrene items.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the sale or use of certain expanded polystyrene items

This bill would allow for the sale or use of expanded polystyrene single service articles to a not-for-profit corporation or a food service establishment, mobile food commissary, or store that is granted a financial hardship waiver in regards to the ban on polystyrene materials.
