A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to creating a local community and media bill of rights addressing the issues that communities face during film and television production
The proposed local law would require the Commissioner of the Mayor's Office of Media and Entertainment to prepare a local community and media bill of rights, which would include guidelines on parking, safety, sanitation during film and television productions, communication between the public and production companies, and any other issue the commissioner deems appropriate.
