Scrap metal collection.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to scrap metal collection

This bill would permit scrap metal collectors with written permission to collect from residences. This bill would also mandate that the Business Integrity Commission issue and establish standards for licensing scrap metal collectors who collect from businesses.
