Creation of an advisory board for accessibility at shelters.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the creation of an advisory board for accessibility at shelters

This bill would require the Department of Homeless Services (DHS) to create an accessibility advisory board to advise the Mayor and the Council on issues relating to accessibility in City shelters. The bill would also require the advisory board to submit an annual report on its review and recommendations.
