A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the fire department to report on fire escapes avoided due to safety issues

This bill would require the fire department to report on the number of fire escapes that were deemed unfit for use during a fire or other emergency, and the surrounding circumstances of each instance that a fire escape was circumvented due to safety concerns.
