A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to amending the definition of harassment to include the failure to comply with a tenant protection plan

The Housing Maintenance Code prohibits an owner of a dwelling from harassing tenants or persons lawfully entitled to occupancy. This bill would amend the definition of harassment to include noncompliance with the terms of a tenant protection plan.
