A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to increasing transparency for third party transfer properties submitted for council review

This bill would require the Commissioner of Finance to provide documentation of all outstanding arrears for any property subject to third party transfer to every Council Member as part of the Council’s third party transfer review of those properties.
