Use of quieter jackhammers and drills.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to use of quieter jackhammers and drills

This bill would prohibit the use of pneumatic jackhammers and drills that exceeded levels authorized in the noise code or failed to employ noise-abating measures such as mufflers.
