A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to providing ferry service at reduced cost to individuals under the age of 18 or enrolled in a high school located with New York city

This bill would require the Department of Small Business Services to include a provision in contracts with local development corporations that guarantee ferry services to individuals under the age of 18 or enrolled in a high school within New York City at half the cost of a standard fare.
