A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring high-volume for-hire services, dispatch service providers and bases to report complaints about drivers concerning passenger safety to the taxi and limousine commission

This bill would require all for-hire vehicle services, including high-volume for-hire services, dispatch service providers and bases to report drivers to the Taxi and Limousine Commission when they receive a passenger complaint about a driver that concerns passenger safety.
