Requiring the DOB to include the existing and proposed building height when notifying council members and community boards of applications received, approved and rejected.
A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the department of buildings to include the existing and proposed building height when notifying council members and community boards of applications received, approved and rejected
Currently, Department of Buildings (DOB) must weekly notify Council Members and community boards, by email, of applications that it receives, approves or denies for a new building permit or an alteration that will require a new certificate of occupancy. This bill would update this notice, requiring DOB to also include the existing and proposed building height in the notice.
