A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to providing information to private sanitation employees

The proposed legislation would require the Business Integrity Commission (BIC) to provide information about workers’ rights on their website and mandate that private carters registered by BIC provide information about workers’ rights directly to their employees.
