A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to referral of labor and wage violations

The proposed legislation would require the Business Integrity Commission to refer labor and wage violation cases involving private carters to the New York State Attorney General, the United States Department of Labor, or other relevant city, state, or federal law enforcement agencies.
