A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to reports of illegal towing to 311

This bill would require the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications to create a new complaint function on the 311 website, telephone and mobile device platforms to report tow trucks illegally towing vehicles immobilized due to an accident. The bill would require this new 311 function to provide the ability to upload a photograph or video with the complaint.
