Requiring certain spillage prevention equipment on concrete mixer trucks.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring certain spillage prevention equipment on concrete mixer trucks

This bill would require all concrete mixing trucks operating in New York City to be equipped with chute shutters or similar devices to prevent the spillage of concrete and materials used to mix concrete by no later than June 30, 2021.
