A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to prohibiting the use of underage persons in compliance checks by the department of consumer affairs

This bill would prohibit the Department of Consumer Affairs from sending underage persons into retail establishments to attempt to purchase age-restricted goods or services as a form of checking compliance with laws prohibiting such sales.
