Prohibiting the use of golf carts powered by gas, diesel, or any other carbon-based fuel after January 1, 2026.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to prohibiting the use of golf carts powered by gas, diesel, or any other carbon-based fuel after January 1, 2026

This bill would prohibit the use of golf carts powered by gasoline, diesel or any other carbon-based fuel in public parks after January 1, 2026. After such date, the use of electric golf carts for in public parks would continue to be permitted.
