A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to increasing penalties for attacks by dangerous dogs

This bill would impose stricter penalties on owners of dangerous dogs that attack persons or other animals, and to impose additional penalties when the owner knew or should have known the dangerous dog was trained to fight.
