Inspections for bed bugs in theaters.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to inspections for bed bugs in theaters

This bill would direct the commissioner of the Department of Consumer Affairs, in coordination with the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, to develop a program for movie theaters to annually certify they are free of bed bugs. Failure to so certify would be punishable by a fine of $1,000.
