A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the New York City police department to study and report on outdoor train crashes involving pedestrians
This bill would require the New York City Police Department to annually study and report on the circumstances surrounding above-ground subway and outdoor commuter train crashes involving pedestrians and make recommendations for improving pedestrian safety at such crash locations.
