Parking permits for community board chairpersons.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to parking permits for community board chairpersons

This bill would require the Department of Transportation to issue a parking permit to community board chairpersons for use while acting within the scope of their duties. The bill would provide that the misuse of any permit issued to a chairperson shall be deemed sufficient cause for its revocation.
