Reporting on entrance examination testing sites.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to reporting on entrance examination testing sites

This bill would require the Department of Education (DOE) to submit to the city council and post on DOE’s website an annual report on entrance examination testing sites, including information about whether those testing sites would be compliant with certain federal regulations if they served students with disabilities.
