A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to notice of the application of pesticides by city agencies

This bill would require the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to post a notice at publicly accessible locations 72 hours before the application of a pesticide by a city agency or contractor. It would also require the notice to include a specific statement regarding how to get more information about the potential risks of the pesticide to be applied.
