Orders to secure, seal and close

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to orders to secure, seal and close

This bill requires the Department of Buildings commissioner to commence proceedings to seal, secure and close a property where $25,000 or more in unpaid fines is owed to the city with respect to the property.
