Reporting of foreclosing residential properties to council members.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to reporting of foreclosing residential properties to council members

This bill would require the Department of Housing Preservation and Development to report foreclosure data collected under § 27-2109.1 of the Administrative Code to each Council Member, as relevant to their specific districts.
