Requiring the dept of social services and the dept of homeless services to provide drug treatment services.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the department of social services and the department of homeless services to provide drug treatment services

In an effort to combat the City’s opioid epidemic, this bill requires that department of social services to offer access to drug treatment services at all HASA facilities and requires the department of homeless services to offer access to drug treatment services at all shelters.
