A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the department to provide mental health information, training, and support services to officers

This bill would require the Police Department to provide mental health services and information to officers by increasing the number licensed clinicians available, providing annual confidential wellness information sessions, posting available resources on the Department’s website, and providing an annual interactive training on first responder mental health.
