Expanding the right to counsel for tenants.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to expanding the right to counsel for tenants

This bill would require the Office of the Civil Justice Coordinator to expand the scope of right to counsel for all tenants making under 400% of the federal poverty guidelines, including any proceeding where ejection, eviction or terminance of residency may result.
