A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the civilian complaint review board to report information relating to truncated investigations
This bill would require the Civilian Complaint Review Board to include in its semi-annual reports detailed information regarding the reasons that cases are closed without the benefit of a full investigation, and the efforts it made to avoid such closures.
