A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to notification of expiration of variances and special permits granted by the board of standards and appeals

This bill would require the Board of Standards and Appeals to provide notification to the owner of record and the community board of the district in which the property is located when a variance or special permit is about to expire.
