A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation the number of employees on trade waste hauling vehicles

This bill would require companies licensed or registered by BIC employ at least three individuals per trade waste hauling vehicle, or the maximum number of individuals that the vehicle has capacity for.
