Assessing organizations and individuals who have been issued permits for the use of athletic fields and courts under the jurisdiction of the parks dept.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to assessing organizations and individuals who have been issued permits for the use of athletic fields and courts under the jurisdiction of the parks department

This bill would require the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) to require that at least every four years, DPR conduct an assessment for such organizations or individuals to determine whether they have engaged in any activity (i.e., violating DPR rules) that would preclude the issuance of permits to such applicants in the future.
