Safe use of inflatable amusement devices.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to safe use of inflatable amusement devices

This bill would require that use of inflatable amusement devices adhere to manufacturers’ wind and staking specifications, or to industry recommended wind and staking standards.
