A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to prohibiting street vendors within 20 feet of a firehouse

This bill would prohibit street vendors from vending within 20 feet of any entrance or exit to a firehouse, or within 20 feet of the firehouse’s garage or driveway. This will prevent crowds from accumulating and obstructing firefighters and firetrucks during an emergency.
