A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring notice when contaminants are found in soil
This proposed introduction would require notice to the community board and to the council member within five business days of discovering or becoming aware of a hazardous level of lead in soil as a result of an environmental subsurface investigation in any city development project.
