Removing spray paint after completing street work.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to removing spray paint after completing street work

This bill would require any entity that conducts street work to remove any resulting spray paint markings on the sidewalk upon completing the street work. The bill would impose a penalty of $50-$100 for violation of this section.
